MP4.Software, operated by SdV Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can submit takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content accessed or generated through MP4.Software infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the specific URL or other location where the material can be found.
  4. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Designated DMCA Agent

Send notices to:

SdV Ventures LLC — DMCA Agent
Email: dmca@mp4.software

We respond to valid notices promptly, typically within 1–3 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your contact information, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers. Repeated misuse of our service to infringe copyright will result in account termination and forfeiture of any active subscription without refund.

5. False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
